• An adult work history that so far spans 22 years that began and has for years continued with in- patient care, first, as a nursing assistant, then as a pharmacy technician, and finally, for ten years as a respiratory therapist.
• For the next 12 years, have successfully built on an extensive patient care background as a medical equipment sales representative.
• During this career phase, have introduced organizations and equipment, interacted with numerous professionals, built strong relationships, honed presentation skills and gained advanced knowledge of the field and needed equipment.

Respiratory Therapist 2/2012- 1/2018
1. To manage all aspects of Respiratory Therapy in the prison systems. To include patient care and health management. Developing policy and procedures. Implementation of new systems. Working with all health care providers and the staff of all of the state institutions. I recently developed the unattended sleep study program which this should save the State of Wisconsin approximately 2 million dollars this year. I am the first Respiratory Therapist that the D.O.C. has hired. The job is evolving daily.
