Trusted Legal Advisor:

·Oversee the construction contract lifecycle for government and private contracts, including reviewing all prequalification documents, construction bids, proposals, letter of intent, notices to proceed, contracts, leases, subcontracts, assignment agreements, PLAs, supplier agreements, purchase orders, modifications, amendments, option year agreements, change orders, lien releases, warranties, close out documents, insurance documents, surety agreements, and payment and performance bonds, and all other contract and legal documents related to the contract lifecycle.
