Compliance Analysis – Work with all AMC’s on orders (ROV, Issues, Turn Times, etc.) Compile quarterly Mortgage Call Report and submit to NMLS. Work with Clients on complaints . Monthly reporting on complaints. Monthly AMC Report on turn times and orders. Help with QC Department when they are behind. Working on marketing projects to make sure they comply before going out. Monthly meetings with AMC’s and prove minutes. Work on any project at any time. Multi-task through out the day. Service tickets that comes through where someone needs help, I will handle. Work with FHA issues on FHA Connect.
