Monthly reporting on complaints. Monthly AMC Report on turn times and orders. Help with QC Department when they are behind. Working on marketing projects to make sure they comply before going out. Monthly meetings with AMC’s and prove minutes. Work on any project at any time. Multi-task through out the day. Service tickets that comes through where someone needs help, I will handle.
