It is with great interest that I became aware of the role of Deputy Executive Director in KSA. I am forwarding my CV for consideration for the position.

I am a very passionate Healthcare specialist with extensive qualifications and experience in Clinical, Academia, Management, research, Digital Helath and Project managment in both the Middle East, Uk & Ireland. I am currently in the process of completing my Doctorate in Education. I have been working in the field of nursing leadership in digital transformation within healthcare over the last five years in both the Middle East and Ireland. Measured results of these digital projects have positively impacted on healthcare resulting in improving patient outcomes, reduced waiting lists and overall improved efficiencies etc.

In my current role, I am responsible for implementing multiple healthcare projects, to improve healthcare delivery and working with leadership to help with transformation of care. I have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and leadership skills. Multiple projects I have led has impacted on improving patient outcomes, reducing hospital length of stay, improved patient healthcare experience, improved learning and expertise of healthcare staff.

In my current role I am responsible for the implemention of the Strategy within the Irish helath care setting, I also ave undertaken the first evalution of Video Enabled care within my working location. I strive to deliver operational excellence and improve healthcare delivery with new smart ways to work. In my previous role in John Hopkins Aramco Helathcare I was Training Lead for Epic our Electronic Healthcare record (EHR), Ambulatory, and I was responsible for all Ambulatory locations across five hospital sites; fifty-five remote access clinics, & Home Healthcare, for both for scheduled and unscheduled care. I have successfully lead and coordinated multiple projects and teams in change innovation in inpatient and outpatient areas within our healthcare organisation. I am very proud to be part of our team who achieved Honour roll, Gold standard status, with the implementation of our EHR, EPIC.

1.Devised a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) advert in Arabic to promote teaching the Hands Free CPR to the public, which was launched with Gulf Air, Sept 2014 (this has had over 100,000 views to date)

2. Coordinated the first Mass CPR training session of the Lay Public in Bahrain, training up to 300 members of the Lay Public, which was the first in the GCC.

Training / Community Initiatives

1.Proposed and managed the CPR advert in Arabic to promote teaching the Hands Free CPR to the public, which was launched with gulf air and will be on all flights from Sept. 1st 2014

2.Organised the first Mass CPR training session of the Lay Public in Bahrain, training up to 300 members of the Lay Public, which was the first in the GCC.

3.Involved in writing a Health column for Amwaj Newsletter in Bahrain 2013

4.Collaborating with one International School here in Bahrain, which has asked me to coordinate and assist them in introducing CPR & AED training into their School Curriculum for the senior students, From September this year. By incorporating this, they are following International Best Practice Guidelines American Heart Association, 2010. This will be the first school in Bahrain to do this.

5.I have undertaken 2 Cardiac Surgical Missions with Professor Maghdi Yacoub to his charity hospital The Aswan Heart Centre in Egypt run by his charity Chain of Hope
