As the shipping clerk my duty was to allocate each different ship. Loc to shipping containers located at the bay door. Shipping containers were allocated to each bay door (20 total) from the yard using a computerized system that lets the tug drivers know which door needs what trailer.

CPT Chaser consisted of certain freight that needed to be “pulled” at specific times of the shift, scanned, and loaded on to its proper trailer skua.

As a palletizer I worked on the conveyor line scanning and palletizing freight.

Here I ensured that the receiving dock was safe to unload the general trailer, and with a team of 21 people sort out all merchandise to its specific department indicated on the packaging. All high security items were documented and accounted for signed off by me. Coached associates on proper work ethics and trained them in shelf replenishment. Overseen 21 AAS in dry and frozen goods.

My sudden passion for aeronautics and the aviation field particularly began back in 2013 when I got my first drones. Over the years I have been able to hone my skills as a drone pilot and have been able to meet a lot of people who share the same passion I do. Having this experience with drones has given me the opportunity to demonstrate to other future aviators across the MID-SOUTH, the MEMPHIS BELLES a local chapter of the Womens of Aviation allowed me to join and volunteer at local school JP Freeman and even out of district schools like Clarksdale high school.

Being a student at TCAT (Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology), going through the avionics course has enabled me to be FCC certified. These certifications allow me to operate and repair communication equipment
