When hired at Kohls, a retail store, I was hired as a seasonal employee for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday’s. After the Holidays were over, I was offered a Store Associate position. I worked in the following departments of the store: Home and Kids, Men’s, Woman’s and Juniors, Electronics, and Shoes. In each department I was required to keep the clothes folded and the department looking presentable to the customer as well as obtain the clothes tried on in the fitting rooms to put back on the floor to be sold. I was also required to obtain any clothing returned to Customer Service to put back on the floor to be sold for each department. I also worked at the cash register helping the Customer check out and make sure that their visit with Kohls was pleasant and they were able to find what they were shopping for.

Drove FHA, Conventional, Investment Property, Jumbo, Purchases, Refinances, Day 1 Certainty, Home Possible, and Home Ready by swiftly collecting and processing documentation while working closely with the Loan Office and the Loan Officer Assistant. Once the documentation was collected from the borrower I calculated the income for W-2 and self-employed borrowers’, ran the Fraud Report, pulled the AVM on the Appraisal, and updated the assets from the documentation received from the borrower and re-ran the loan through the AUS System, LP, DU, or DO. Closing Coordinator
Focus was on refinances. The loan was sent to the underwriter after loan set up and after I reviewed the loan file and figured the income. Worked with the borrower to collect the documents required to approve and close the loan as quickly as possible. I then calculated the income and updated the assets in the LOS System, Encompass, and ran the loan back through AUS Systems, such as DU, DO, and LP and read the findings to see if additional documentation may be needed from the borrower. Once final loan approval was obtained, I then drew the closing documents to be sent to the title company. Once the loan had the closing documents drawn, I then coordinated with the borrower and the title company for a time for closing.
