My Strength :

As a FMO, I have performed all industrial health related works i.e. Pre-employment & Periodical medical examination, Audiometry test, Spirometry test, preventive measures, occupational health awareness programs, First Aid Training, sanitation etc. as well as handling of occupational emergency cases as per Factories Act.

I have conducted Ergonomics study for plant activities / processes and accordingly suggested mitigation to reduce Musculo-skeletal problems of workers.

I also looking after the special programs related to Occupational Health i.e. Occupational Health Management, Noise conservation, Respiratory protection, first aid & Emergency Medical care etc…under group’s Sustainability framework.

Administrative Skill: I also worked as an in-charge R.M.O. & as well as head of medical store at S.S.G. Hospital, Vadodara. I was also in-charge of Admin dept. at ABI, Halol.

I also handled HR & EHS programs & activities at ABI Halol.
