During my work time at Hendricks Medical Center I acquired n the first 90 days anew job tile with a 75 cent raise. I was not only lead Phlebotomist but was assigned to get all AM resticks and was also assigned peds and ICU during my shift. I had 3 patients request to their DR which contacted my manager to not let anyone draw the blood or even in their room but me for labs. Also nurses from OB would call me for 1 day old babies blood draws so IV would stay intact If the pediatric clinic could not get blood from child the would call me to come to facility and collect it.

Colby Medical center I would always be called to cancer center so the results would be accurate and not have to waste to much of patients blood as with port and the 10mls to waste. Specialty nurses would call me to do therapuetics because i have developed the drawing of blood so graciously i dont tape needle, i hold it the whole time . I can have it done in less than 19 to 30 minutes, start to finish. Also Im very efficent on DOT drug screens and BAT, as well as hair follicle test.
