Responsible for managing and bringing in new clients via telephone. Clients place accts with agency for collections when they are not paying them. We get the clients paid and invoice them once paid.

Job entails keeping in touch with the agent who is working on the files for clients, and reporting to the clients via telephone and email updates through out the month. Making sure that clients get all unpaid or late paying accts to our office to get them paid on. Remitting to clients on accts that we may have received payments for them. Accts- Receivables, Accts- Payables, sales, and having good communications with clients on every aspect of their accts.

Handling large inflow of incoming calls, from customer complaints, solving complaints, good communications with customers, earning customers trust that I will take care of their issues. This brings about more business from those clients after experiencing my attentiveness to them and their accts, and making sure that they get paid. This has also earned many nice letters from clients who commended me on my work and eventually recommended the company & me to their business associates. Goals/Quotas always met & surpassed. Many awards achieved for earning thousands of dollars for the company each month.

Responsibilites:

Sales calls/cold calls to get new business to reach sales quota. Sales quotas always reach and exceeded. Commissions earned. Promoted to supervisor soon after in position.

I have excellent communications skills and enjoy helping others in customer service and similar related positions, also telephone sales, and telephone collection positions.
