Description of duties

• Handling all operations In Stores Department through SAP/ERP System.

• Maintaining of Stores stock records, Material inward register, Material Receipts Note, STN, Debit Note.

• Preparing of Monthly Closing Stock Statement

• Every Month Physical Stock verification.

• Preparing of Fixed Assets Statement, Fixed Assets Physical verification quarterly once.

• Material Updating Receipt and Issues daily.

• Maintain Shuttering and Mechanical Spares stock ledgers separately.

• Everyday monitoring with purchase department for balance material (H.O). Sending Daily reports like Material stock report, P.I and P.O Status reports to Head Office.
