IVANS Claims Download
This project was to implement Claims Download process for Agents in IVANS. As part of this project created Xml’s from V12 system and FTP them to IVANS server. Also worked with business for requirement gathering and with Infrastructure team to resolve issue with FTP from V12 to IVANS.
V12 Auto Validation & Surcharge:
This project was part of validating the inputs provided by client at time of New Business. If proof is not received from the client than the applied discount is automatically removed and policy is auto endorsed to have the desired effect on the policy.
Maine & Vermont Core +
This project is about implementing new state of Maine & Vermont for Mapfre Insurance. This involves implementing Auto, Home and Dwelling Fire Line of Business for state of Maine. Played important role in getting BA’s of AP and V12 on same page to identify requirement inconsistencies between V12 and AP requirements which avoided rework at latter stage.
PLRT LOB:
This project involved setting up new LOB for Mapfre Insurance in state of CT. Played role of Print SME to ensure product is setup right first time. Involved in communication with various third parties like ISO to ensure all testing is completed within timeframe.
NGDF Project:
This was request to is to implement new product line of Dwelling Fire for Mapfre Insurance. Played pivotal role of managing multi location team across offshore. Also played role of Prints SME. Worked extensively on ISO reporting area during MQA phase. Received appreciation from onshore management for proactive role played during MQA phase.

The scope of this initiative is to capture all the changes required to ensure CIBC is ready to tax Mortgage Insurance (CMHC, Genworth & Canada Guaranty) Premiums sold to Manitoba residents with RST.

Project Title: IFRS -International Financial Reporting Standards
Project Description The solution is to account for the banks shift from CGAAP (Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to IFRS account- including rules with respect to MBS mortgages.
CIBC mortgage portfolio is on CIBC book, while MBS portfolio is off CIBC book (and is treated with off balance sheet accounts). With the implementation of this application, all mortgages (CIBC portfolio and MBS portfolio) will have same account treatment as existing CIBC on balance sheet mortgages

Project Description SCRIPTOR is a Warehousing tool which provides the decision making and Reporting ability for the End User.
A need was felt to have our own Report writer function based
on some preliminary analysis done by our US counterparts.
The data - bases were analyzed & were modified as per requirement. Under this system first of all a unique ID is generated for each field from the file for which the relation has to be defined. This is followed by creation of transaction for each file with required sub setting the fields involved. Once the transition is defined, Relations are entered using the available transaction by mapping the key fields in parent – child relationship. The scripter program uses the relation, transaction & field Ids defined in the base file to generate the required report. The feature of encryption – decryption was added for data security. Security feature was added to each report as an added feature.
