Yoga fitness instructor utilizing the Yoga philosophy of life, which are very much the 12 Steps. Classes do the Asana, postures, and meditation. Aromatherapy is used along with chimes to slow the mind down and feel the vibration letting go of the negative mind. The Gratitude Jar is used to allow the class to connect and talk about how to walk forward, letting go of the old, and living their journey of a new lifestyle. This allows people in treatment to see they can do it if they “Put their recovery first”.
