I may have more skills then most people but these skills will benefit me when I am working for you. Most facilities are worth between 50 and 400 million dollars. A facilities manager will never have too many skills. This is just a thought thank you, Vanoy Hooker.

Throughout my career, I have worked with architects, engineers, contractors, energy specialists, security and safety committees and customer relationship management. I have worked with facilities operations; contract management, budgeting, project planning, preventive maintenance and I have managed the scope of all facilities projects.

Supervised construction projects and checked shop drawings for engineering firm. Strong working knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems, OSHA, codes, fire life safety codes, building safety codes on the city and state level, elevator codes, energy management systems and security door locking systems.

In 1994 I founded the National Association of Church Facilities Managers (NACFM). I supervised and selected all the speakers and subjects for all the national conferences and certification programs while serving as Executive Director for the NACFM for 15 years. The NACFM certification programs have certified over 350 church facilities managers with churches ranging in size from 100,000 to over one million square feet. My resume identifies a representation of the certification topics used for the certification. I qualify for postgraduate study in areas related to facilities management (master’s degree).
