As both a Logistics Analyst and Logistician, serves on logistics management functional team within the Sensors Directorate of the Missile Defense Agency. Provides cost-effective technical and logistics support that expands across multiple Integrated Product Support Elements with an emphasis in Supply Support, Support Equipment and Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T). Orchestrate and/or monitor supply activities and transportation requirements as well as provide oversight to the prime contractor actions that fall within these functional areas.

• Function as the subject matter expert and senior Property Administrator for all program assets through the management of Defense Property Accountability System

(DPAS).

• Prepare updates to Program Property Management status for senior level program briefings as well as other Agency Property, Contract Property and Financial Improvement statuses as they relate to Agency’s Audit Readiness posture.

• Capture and develop baseline of assets that enhance Program property book developments and identify Government Furnished Property Contract requirements through review of Statements of Work (SOW’s) and Contract Deliverables (CDRL’s)

• Monitor and provide oversight to the prime-contractor supply support functions such as inventories, spares analysis and procurements.

• Coordinate and track the movement of materiel and equipment with other government agencies, commercial suppliers as well as internal MDA movements between various sites

LOGISTICS ANALYST II. BAE SYSTEMS, Spring Lake, NC (Aug 2000- Apr 2009). As a junior level Logistics Analyst, analyze and coordinate integrated logistic support activities designed to provide effective and efficient life-cycle support to equipment and systems, while also providing COMSEC expertise.

• Oversee inventory management of all program related spares.

• Review and analyze customer program requirements and other data to develop program activities throughout the life-cycle.

• Perform special research on functions associated with logistics support of equipment and systems.

• Conduct logistics support analyses to identify trends in system component failures.

• Previously as a SUPPORT COORDINATOR, honed logistical skills while maintaining manual and automated inventory records of equipment and material including over $1 million in revolving COMSEC equipment; maintained records of goods received and verified accuracy of incoming shipments; as well as input maintenance data into a management database.

SUPPORT OPERATIONS SUPPLY MANAGER. U.S. Army, Ft. Bragg, NC (Dec 1996- Aug 2000). Managed inventory valued at $6 million while providing logistical support for general supplies, petroleum supplies and for repair parts sustaining organizations supporting 15,000 personnel.

• Analyzed statistical data and reports to ensure that order and ship time for replenishment supplies is reduced while simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction.

• Earned a reputation as the “go to” person for logistical troubleshooting.

• Provided technical assistance to two supply support activities. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR. U.S. Army, Korea (Dec 1995-Dec 96). Directed and supervised logistical operations of a 24-person warehouse while maintaining 100% accountability of over $12 million in equipment and vehicles.

• Provided leadership and training to ensure round-the-clock availability of inventory and assets.

• Demonstrated superior customer relations skills while successfully solving supply- related problems.

• Ensured Aviation Intensive Management procedures were followed. CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SUPERVISOR. U.S. Army, Ft. Bragg, NC (Feb 1992- Dec 95). While supervising the Customer Assistance Section of the Corps Material Management Center serving a 40,000-person customer base, provided efficient and effective resolutions to customer issues.

• Identified unit-specific characteristics while processing additions, deletions and changes to Army Supply System parameters.

• Ensured efficient supply data flow during deployments by identifying training needs and subsequently delivering training to both military and civilian personnel.

• Prepared logistical reports provided to management and customers. MATERIEL CONTROL SUPERVISOR. U.S. Army, Korea (Dec 1990-Feb 92). Directed and supervised the Division Missile-Main Supply Support Activity of the 2nd Infantry Division in support of continuous Light Infantry missions.

• Provided a seamless logistical flow of supplies and logistical data to all forward deployed elements enabling them to support the warfighter with all required assets at critical mission points.

• Maintained a high rate of inventory accuracy while simultaneously implementing a highly successful degree of mobility of assets.

STOCK CONTROL SUPERVISOR. U.S.Army, Ft. Carson, CO (Apr 1988-Dec 90). As the lead supply system operator, led a stock control section that provided forward warehouse operation support to the 1st Brigade of the 4th Infantry Division.

• Ensured that proper procedures were followed and parameters were in place to maintain an accurate flow of supply data resulting in timely support to the war fighter.

• Provided training and guidance to subordinate personnel in daily operations as well as troubleshooting procedures.

STOCK CONTROL SPECIALIST. U.S Army, Germany (Apr 1985- Apr 88). As a Stock Control Specialist for a Non-Divisional Missile-Main Warehouse operation, provided direct supply support to a Missile repair Company of the 32nd Army Air Defense Command.

• Successfully monitored and tracked the transactional output of data from the system to provide management and customers with an up-to-date status as required.

• Performed causative research on all identified inventory discrepancies that fully supports accurate inventory adjustment reports.
