Experience
MCI-Team Lead/Supervisor
11/21-Current
I began as an agent working for various campaigns, such as Chipotle, Brooks Brothers, and Tax Act. Then I started on the Ourflorida program and after a couple of months I was promoted to Team Lead. I enjoy my job/position very much. I’ve learned so much in my time with MCI. I understand CPH (Calls per Hour), AHT & ATT (Ave. Handle & Talk Time) Ready & NR%, CSS Utilization, Agent hours and how all that builds into the areas needed for improvement and staying within budget. I also do Quality evaluations on my agents calls daily using Quality Control software. Then “coach” where needed and inform them about the results and how we can do better to achieve our team & personal goals. Communication is very important to me. I work remotely and enjoy each day I walk into my home office and turn everything on to get for the day. I feel like I’ve excelled more in this position than ever before due to being independent and a self-starter and great at multitasking.
Independent Licensed Insurance Agent, MI, MO, NE, OH, VA, WA
02/16-current
I specialize in Long-term care. I contact my client leads daily. I educate them on the various plans available to them to be proactive with regards to their future needs. I inform them by doing a presentation & proprietary software join.me to engage them in the process. Showing them side by side quotes helps them see the options available to them so they can make the choice that best fits their needs, while I offer my professional opinion regarding the differences since these plans are not a “one size fits all.” I research their medical history, financial ability to maintain and keep the policy in place, etc. I enjoy my job very much because I get to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide variety of needs.
Wentzville R-IV School District-Substitute teacher
10/16-06/18
Being a Substitute teacher is an intricate roll with regards to filling in for the regular teacher. In this role I go in early to read the plans that are set for the day and take odd/end things with me to gain the students trust and respect. Making sure to allow a variety of students to assist with things and assignments is something I do. I make sure things stay on schedule, as set forth in the plans and always leave a detailed letter to the teacher I am subbing for with the activities of the day. Doing these things helps to get you requested back, not only for that teacher, but for the school in general. I do enjoy working with the students and faculty at the various schools.

Communication
My past personal & professional experience make me a quality candidate because I am conscious of the hard work it takes to move up through a company. My first job at McDonald’s was the “fry girl” at age 14. I worked up the ladder to being the 1st Assistant Manager opening a McDonald’s restaurant w/Brent Moore. That involved training individuals of diverse backgrounds, learning to multitask, have patience with people. Opening the first World Finance Corporation in Springfield, IL enlightened me of the importance of Privacy laws, Customer service, Loan industry, etc. I’ve always enjoyed working with the public. It’s a great feeling when you see that “light bulb” moment when someone finally gets what you’ve been teaching/training them. I have also found that volunteering has helped me appreciate the diversity within our communities/schools. I have organizational, training, life skills, and patience in a variety of areas that make me the best candidate for the position. I also appreciate that no two days are alike and look forward to challenging tasks.
