Job Responsibilities - :
Manage entire devices sales/service operation for Jio Centre, Jio Point & Retailers counter sales .
Make the setup for device care at Jio center including shortlisting of repair engineer, tool kit & spare availability.
CRM & Product Training to team for jio phone
Insuring to achieve all the KPI by all the Jio Center, Jio Point which include TAT, cost by daily monitoring.
All RDS & sales channel visit daily in a month to enhance channel satisfaction
Manage customer escalation & ensure to close escalations in time bound period
Maintain MSL for smooth service operation
Provide helpful ideas to my Team.
Provide CRM & Technical training to Jio Point provide service to customers from their stores.
