Responsibilities:

Contribute to the profitability and growth of the Century City Financial Center by creating an environment that matches the needs of our clients with the optimal products required to balance the client’s financial needs with the needs of the Bank.

Making sure every interaction is in the client’s best interest balanced with the bank’s best interest. Well maintain existing relationships, help establish new relationships and assist the branch lending staff with business development goals through meaningful communication and relevant activities with clients and co-workers.

Making sure of all staff training relative to any assignments and technical requirements of the Operational and Banking staff which includes but not limited to the Operations Supervisor, New Accounts and Teller positions. Operations Team Development

Ensure timely and accurate communication with all team members by coordinating and actively participating in regular “all team” branch meetings. These meetings support team members’ professional development by providing relevant feedback and training as well as performance reviews for all operational staff. Responsible for employee training and cross-training to insure all employees are mastering tasks relevant to their positions and are being coached for advancement.

Compliance and CRA

Fully support the Bank’s compliance and CRA responsibilities. Ensure that all team members complete all required compliance education within specified deadlines and ensure that all CRA activities are identified and documented.

Skills:

Knowledge of banking procedures and terminology, present-day knowledge of bank Operations, compliance regulations, account analysis, BSA, documentation, all operational functions, IRA documentation and The USA Patriot Act. Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency and excellent written and oral communications skills.
