Maintain storage, and process of all medical records and EHR data for 300-member full-service partnership facility

Processes enrollment, disenrollment, eligibility information, outcome data, billing, MEDIcal authorization. diagnosis reconciliation.

Legal Releases of information are received via fax, email or mail. Or Physically coming in the office. Processed Legal Release of Information for subpoenas, court orders, social security/Disability and PCP as well as Psychiatrist requests within strict deadlines. These requests come from housing facilities, SSI, disability, court order and other mental health and PCP facilities. Including request coming from conservators DPSS, APS and CPS. Lawyer offices and in some cases for discharges of deaths. 65-70% of work day is spent completing this task.

Maintaining expert attention to detail in an extremely fast-paced environment while responding to 90+ requests per week on average 20 a day. 3.5 to 4 hours a day are sent sending and processing ROI’S and Legal Request of Information. Clerical and technical duties associated with the management and oversight of program’s medical records including, but not limited to: assembly, analysis, release of information, data processing, collection, outcome report production, reconciliation. preparation of reports in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements of a mental health care system.

Work directly with payer staff to confirm that all data procedures are completed according to payer specifications and directions.

Monitor and assure compliance with the payer’s deliverable requirements, for both the county of riverside and through MEDIcal. Participates in all CHIA, Outcome and payer trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on all changes and revisions to systems both enterally, through the county of riverside as well Medical.

Performs computer interface (uploads) of data to Corporate office, Rivco ELMR as we as IMAGINET. Input Oversees the program Census and Treatment plans by entering, tracking and reporting staff compliance to Administrator and Clinical Director. Completes quarterly and annual training audits and submits annual training plan to the Regional Director, Administrator and Clinical Director to ensure at least 95% compliance to avoid sanctions.

Complies outcomes data to promote program improvement. Informs and maintains that clinical staff understands the significance of collection of Key Event Tracking, therefore outcomes are reported to ELMR and IMAGINET accurately. Interacts and communicate both verbally and in writing with members, family members, the public, physicians and staff. Prepare and administer county and state audits to both consumers and employees

Acts as a liaison between physicians, administrators, finance, and external agencies for the Health Information
