Director of Marketing and Business Development – Superior Decks & Railings Minneapolis, MN 10/20 – 7/22

• Executive responsible for department monthly sales volume. Developed sales quota system with company owner. We increased monthly quotas and sales volume from $2.5M to $4.5 over my last 8 months, generally exceeding set quotas (our highest being $4.8M).

• Responsible for finding, qualifying and developing B2B leads through promotional channels including direct contact (sales calls, in- person presentations, etc.) and developing client relationships. During my tenure as Lead Sales Rep I brought in new clients responsible for well over $4 million of new business in 2021/22 causing Superior to triple in size to meet sales demand.

• Established Sales team and developed standard on-boarding and training programs as well as a standardized commission structure for entire team.
