A Young Chef always dreams of creating their own menu. When I become aware of the opening at clean world, I know it was the right opportunity for me to pursue. It would be a dream come true to even be seriously considered for this position of Chef. It would mean all my hard work was paying off.

I am K. G. Sanjeewa Bandara Wijerathna. I was born on the 17th December 1986 at the Pamunuwa Hospital in Kandy. It’s located in central province and Historical Valuable place in Srilanka. I start my studies at the Dodanwela Maha Vidyalaya and entered as Advanced level Student in Peradeniya Central collage for further studies. I completed my studies in the Commerce stream including Accounting, Economics and Accounting, I completed as flying colors at A\L examination. Successfully completed a diploma in English at IPMS Kandy.

I followed a course in Graphic Designing at the Polgolla Youth Center and a Diploma in Computer Science at the Wisdom Computer Institute. (National Vocational qualification)

I completed a Computer Hardware Course at the Wijeya Graphics (Pvt) Ltd, and thereafter I wanted to learn my Favorite International cookery course at the Asia Ceylon International Hotel School. When I finished my Basic course I joined as kitchen studying Global Towers Hotel in Wellawattha.I needed to work in Challenge back ground and I got promotion as training cook in Five star Hotel Mahaweli Reach, at P. B. A. Weerakoon Mawatha in Kandy.

I done near to five year my five star Experience and I got promotion As Pastry chef in M.H Alshaya .W.I.I in Kuwait. First Challenge New opening Luxury Dining Restaurant and after two Year new Branch Opened name call “Cafe coco” Special for French coffee and Desserts Restaurant.

Before start New Year 2016 I joined World class Franchise restaurant “Tea Club” as Pastry sous chef and after got promotion as Franchise pastry Sous Chef. I got Nice experienced as Pastry chef Consultant trainer in new opening Kuwait Tea club and New Ala card presentation in Qatar Tea Club.

I completed my three year working period with tea club restaurant and now a day followed The “IELTS Exam” at Cam Bridge College, Kandy. Last few month spending in srilanka and working as Pastry Chef De party, Oak Ray Regency Hotel, Kandy, Srilanka.

Start work with positive and new vision VINRO BAKERS (Central Province, 99A, Kings Street, Mat ale), work as a pastry and bakery chef. I Started a my own cake shop in srilanka.(’House of Cake’ N0 310,Gampola Rd,Peradeniya,kandy)
