Received paperwork for either “cold side” or “dry side”, paperwork would show if truck had multiple stops or just one, if multiple stops was selected I had to pay attention to detail on paperwork attached to pallet with merchandise and if it said anything other than “UNFI Billings, MT” it stayed on truck but sometimes it was mixed so I would use pallet jack or forklift to unload off to the side then place back on truck and secure it. Read paperwork to determine how many pieces it was and how many went onto pallet after being separated and most all pallets had to be broken down and taken off plastic pallets and restocked onto wooden pallets according to how many went to a pallet.
