I don’t have resume, over ** years of experience in food service. I work for The Sagamore Resort. I am the Sou Chef of production. I do everything from making fruit display and cheese display. Making salad dressing, to making all different kinds of salads and deli’s for 100 people and more. Also cooking hot food for BBQ’s
