o Developed and implemented system-wide Pain Management Program, interdepartmental and intra-disciplinary. Participated in Daily Pain Rounding in collaboration with pharmacy to improve patient outcomes and increase metrics. o Developed and implemented Med/Surg and led Critical Care competency education programs.
