Developed Marquis Coral Springs, a 250-unit, five-story mid-rise complex at a cost of $52M. Sold for $78M.
Oversaw compliance with local, state, and federal laws. These pertained to the industry, employment, and resident/tenant relations and presented winning image of company to city of Coral Springs.
Directed construction as owner’s representative, obtained all approvals and entitlements.
Motivated and communicated with all staff members and vendors during construction and lease-up.

Developed Midtown 24, a 271-unit, 11-story mid-rise at a cost of $95M in Plantation, Florida for American Land Ventures LLC. This property enjoys the highest rents in Western Broward County.
Developed the St. Johns Center, a 500-unit mixed-use development in Jacksonville consisting of a 295-unit, 28-story rental tower called The Strand. Developed a 36-story condo tower at a cost of $225M. These properties are the premier for rent and for sale properties in NE Florida.
Developed Mirasole at Coconut Point, a 224-unit condo complex for American Land Ventures in Estero, Florida at a cost of $45M. Mirasole had a gross sellout of $67M and a profit of $12M. Sold during construction to national home builder.

Acquired 15,000 rental apartment units in 60 communities at a cost $1.5B for pension fund clients.
