Council Bluffs, IA 51501 adt5m3@r.postjobfree.com Relevant Work Experience: Fedex. (Management)

While working at FedEx I was proud to have finally being accepted in another field other than food service. After two years I was promoted to belt manager. Professionally speaking, I feel getting promoted to management in two seperate industries to be an admirable achievement. Unfortunately the company opend a new location and reduced their available hours to part time, therfore the employment was no longer tenable.

Waffle House, Inc. (Management) After one year working at Waffle House, awarded Assistant manager position, which I held until leaving four years later

(2013-2018). Consistently worked 50+ hours every week. Typically shifts were from 9pm to 7am, Tuesday to Saturday. Responsible for cash amounts, take inventory, writing schedules for myself and other employees, finding replacements for shifts which needed covering, filing police reports within the company system, attended bi-monthly meetings to project future and previous sales, as well as working the floor as needed. The Waffle House team was a pleasure to be part of, I learned volumes about customer service and how to motivate my fellow employees. Yum corporation — Taco Bell (Crew Trainer)

After two years working at Taco Bell, awarded Crew Trainer position, which i held until leaving two years later (2008-2012). My necessary move to Lousisana made it impossible to maintain employment. Consistently worked an average 35+ hours every week. Typically shifts were from 9pm to close(usually 4am), Wednesday to Sunday. Responsible for learning new menu item builds, weights, and proper packaging for all current and upcoming menu items, trained new hires in company policy for operation/sanitation, assess new hire’s strengths/weaknesses and plan their position placement with head manager, as well as working preparing orders as a regular crew member. Working in the fast-paced kitchen environment of Taco Bell taught me to think and act quickly. My success at Waffle House was directly due to the invaluable lessons I learned in this position. Personal Aptitude I have long pursued my own development into the professional I am today. Even in my early twenties, I was reading books like

"The Art of War”, which is far more a lecture of leadership than combat. I find myself yearning to prove my worth and ready to rise to the occasion. It is a deep seated belief of mine that one should always be a boon to their environment, and extend this attitude into their professional life. I was attracted by the non-union environment of this company, and look forward to earning my own way up the ladder. My work speaks for itself.
