The plant is designed perfectly to meet the future expansion for the next 30 years in accordance with Indian Codal provisions. This project consists the design of the complete components of a Sewage Treatment Plant from receiving chamber, screening chamber, grit chamber, skimming tank, sedimentation tank, secondary clarifier for sewage.

The idea of manufacturing bricks, incorporated with PET bottle pieces was done successfully. The 10% of PET Fiber incorporated exists the greatest compression strength when compared to conventional brick. These bricks might be used in a wide range in load bearing structure for constructing the high load capacity of structural elements and walls. In addition, with this brick gives better crack resistance and low permeability. In various construction methodologies, these types of eco-friendly PET bottle waste plastic fiber reinforced concrete brick can be implemented in field to reduce the pollution due to plastics instead of land disposal. Approved and allotted fund by Government of Tamil Nadu.
