Additional Information

I have 20 years experience in hospitality and customer service. I have a great attention to detail which pales only in comparison to my hard work ethic. As a front house manager I gained experience in creating and processing print and internet marketing campaigns, various administrative duties such as payroll, bank deposits and accounts receivable. I formatted and created various ad materials, menus and communications including flyers and social media/internet updates in addition to daily phone, email and face to face communications. To date my role as a leader focuses on incredible customer service and continuous and knowledable management of people and situations.
