Senior International Letter of Credit Specialist. Performed all Letters of Credit documentation functions. Made payments to customer’s and banks. Trained three employees to examine Letters of Credit documents and to make payments.

Fidelity Union Bank, Newark, NJ January, 1979 – January, 1983 Letter of Credit Clerk. Began in position by issuing Letters of Credit as per customers specifications. These included Invoices, Packing Lists, Special Customs Invoices, Bills of Lading and other documents. Later, became a Letter of Credit examiner where I would examine shipping documents received when shipments were made. These documents would be examined for discrepancies against Letters of Credit that would accompany the shipments. Called customer’s and Freight Forwarder’s regarding all errors that were found. Payments were made after discrepancies were corrected or approved. Position required excellent customer service skills throughout these procedures. Bradlees Department Stores, Clifton, NJ May, 1975 – August, 1978 Sales Associate at various times in Boys’, Men’s, Infants’ and Misses Departments. Prepared clothes in warehouse by hanging and ticketing. Hung clothes in Sales departments. Used customer service skills to assist shoppers. Organized departments throughout the day. Prepared mannequins and displays. Performed inventory at end of period.
