Global Service & Delivery Manager Real Time Communications Americas - Nokia Siemens Networks

Service Manager for Real Time Communications responsible for North and Latin American Regions. Responsibilities included management of create, deploy, merger, demise and delivery of communication services. This included program management leadership, operational levels, service cost, delivery resources and vendors, service changes, problems, incidents and requests. Special transformation programs included the full scale carve out, creation, and merger of two companies’ communications systems into one final system. Services included in this mega deployment program were mobile & fixed telephony, VoIP, voice & video conference, Cisco Tele-presence, email and on-line meeting tool suites. Strict deadlines to meet synergy goals for the merger met and exceeded the savings targets of 10 MEuro. Offshore operations managed in Ireland, Malaysia, Canada, and India.
