Maintain records of all the project transactions related to the collection of rent, apartment and building maintenance, and government documents required for the processing of the apartment rentals. Hire and terminate employees in accordance with the company's policy and under the direction of the property manager.
Perform evaluations of the employees and make recommendations for salary increase and or advancement.
Supervise outside contractors working on the property. Establish schedules and assign personal for the routine maintenance and emergency coverage. Posted all rent payments by tenants and posted all monies coming in from HUD and rural development, as these were apartments subsidized by the government.
