A Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing Facility providing Headliners and Interior Components with 300 employees.

Entered Production Job Cards for multiple Headliner production lines to ensure company was working at top productivity within expectations and efficiency. Monitor job card entry – pending cards by utilizing transaction ZPL23.

Analyze and Report out on daily KPI by utilizing SAP transaction ZPRP which gives efficiency % / parts produced. May need to pull part from one line and assign to another, use transaction ZB3A.

Support Accounting by entering invoice in SAP PO’s utilizing transaction MIGO, also receiving all Invoices, match invoices and acquire all required approval signatures (multiple level signature), then ensure accuracy of all entries of PO into SAP.

Monitor scrap from production output but utilizing multiple transaction in SAP to scrap finished goods (ZBOA),

Scrap component parts (MB1A), close scrap daily (ZBOC), check scrap to ensure correct movement/assignment (SM35), if occupied and can’t move need to initiate (ZSEM), final scrap report (ZB06), final is close out monthly scrap report to submit to top management for review.

Opportunity Analysis by researching vendors (Buffalo Rock, MSC, Cintas) and cost to eliminate increase in products, determine best price with vendors to stay within budget and look for cost savings.

Manage plant wide supplies by ordering, sorting, managing inventory control (MSC Machines in plant) to maintain office and plant needs to meet COVID and Corporate guidelines, cleaning supplies, safety supplies, standard office supplies, etc.

Communicate and collaborate with members of the Human Resources, Quality, Materials, and other departments to deliver best possible office management and organization support; order supplies to ensure their performance activities are not interrupted, they have all tools and equipment they need to perform (office supplies, production supplies, employee engagement, plant announcement, enter each departments their UPR’s to initiate PO’s, enter each department PO’s, etc.)
