QUALIFICATIONS:

2001 - Managing Member, LLC – Select-Housing Systems

I started this company in March, 2001. Select-Housing Systems pulled-in repossessed mobile-homes and resold them for the largest lender in the industry. These homes required a considerable expenditure for refurbishment, repair, and cleaning before they could be sold. Due to their loan default rate the lender began to have serious financial difficulties leading to bankruptcy. The monies we invested in these homes and the commissions from resell began to take months to receive instead of weeks. Additionally; the lender became increasingly strict on who could qualify for a repossessed mobile home. The lender filed bankruptcy 0wing me $89,000 in unsecured debt.

1994 – 2001 Sales and Marketing Director, Leggett Supply Co.

Leggett Supply sells mobile home and recreational vehicle parts and supplies retail and wholesale. During my employment, the quarterly receivables increased by several hundred thousand dollars. I increased market share over all of Oklahoma and into Texas and Arkansas.

1993 – 1994 Owner/Operator, Select Clean

I started this company in August, 1993. I purchased the necessary equipment and established a customer base within 30 days. The company cleaned up after, and prepared for, each step in the process of residential and commercial construction. Our service included site preparation, and clearing the land using heavy equipment. We primarily worked on high-end homes and commercial accounts for some of the most respected builders in the area. I sold this company with the equipment and the account base in February, 1994.

1991 – 1993 Partner/President, Select Relocation Service

I started this business while living in Dallas, Texas. This company handled relocation needs for employees transferring into the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolis. My company provided short-term executive living accommodations, replacing the need, expense and discomfort of motel life during this transition. We worked exclusively with many large corporations in Dallas and surrounding areas. We were profitable and paying back initial investment in six month.

1978-1991 Vice President Finger Furniture Rental/Looks leasing I started with this company in their warehouse in Tulsa. I was quickly promoted to the position of Warehouse Manager and was recognized for running the most cost efficient operation in the company. I trained my replacement and took a job in sales which led to me being offered the position of General Manager over 3 locations in Oklahoma City, and Tulsa. This region posted a 35% increase in sales volume in one year and I was awarded with stock ownership. I soon opened 2 additional locations in that area and was promoted to Regional Manager. In 1988 I was transferred to the home office in Ft. Worth, Texas and promoted to Vice-President. My responsibilities included 12 locations in Oklahoma and Texas, 250+ employees, and well in excess of a million dollars in monthly receivables.

1976 Awarded Honor of Eagle Scout, and have held an Insurance Adjuster License and Real Estate License. Also had a used car license and bonded
