I am a hard working person that wants to grow in my working environment. I have 10 years residential and commercial cleaning experience. I have 3 years Leasing Agent experience. I worked 2 year's for a private owned property. Travis's Rental's there are only 6 residential houses they own in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna Tn. area's. My job duties where to have potential renter's fill out applications, run their credit check's, and background check's. Some where subsidies and some where not. I'm currently working for PK Management LLC. I've been there a little over a year. I started out as a Porter. Then after 6 months I got a Leasing Agent position I worked as Leasing Agent for approximately 3 month's and decided I wanted to go back to the Maintenance Department. There I learned so many thing's as far as new remodel 's to Make Ready's. I can mud walls, caulked install just about anything. The reason for the job change was I'm more of a people person and like to get out in the field and I also like to help people find there first homes or maybe even their forever home! I worked as Leasing Agent for 2 year's this company was great to work for. The reason for me leaving was I found better pay.
