• Preparation of daily attendance and sending it to the concern department for uploading in the SAP system (CAT).

• Preparation of monthly incentives sheets of both staff and non staff working on site.

• Processing terminations and sharing via share point with management.

• Follow up for iqama renewals of site employees with head office.

• Requesting insurance cards for newly arrived employees or existing in case of lost, damaged or on the arrival of staff families.

• Processing annual vacations and tickets booking of site employees.

• Accommodation arrangements for both staff and non staff.

• Raising request for SEC id, s for site employee to Saudi Electricity Company.

• Processing business trips of staff and arrangement of their accommodation.

• Arrangement of transport and accommodation for external visitors.

• Mobilization and demobilization of employees.

• Hotel booking for top management on their visits to site.

• Looking after of site requirements (i.e.: water, diesel, maintenance etc.).

• Using SAP for all administration tasks (Command on S AP-PA20) .

• Preparation of PR, s & P.O, s as per the site requirements.

• Sending and receiving couriers.

• Coordination with rental suppliers for their dues & outstanding bills.

• Checking of time sheets for rental manpower against their claimed invoices.

• Ticket booking for employee mobilization inside the kingdom.

• Providing coordinates to external visitors of the site location.

• Arraignments for indoor meetings of office staff.

• Follow up with accounts department for site payments.

• Follows up for important approval from top management with their concern secretaries.
