Drive UX research and practices that supports decisions made by the Facebook Groups Moderation team and impact product roadmap with customer data gathered from foundational and evaluative research using research and design tools including Dscout, Usertesting, UserZoom, Microsoft Forms, Figma, Origami & Protopie.
