Objective: I am seeking employment that will allow me to capitalize on my current skills and experience within the legal field.

Background

I have a long history with law. Some of my previous training, and experiences include both federal civil, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1981-1983; 42 U.S.C.A § 2454 and Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In criminal, postconviction appeals, Appeal of Right, leave to appeal, Standard-4 Briefs within, Request for Ginther Hearings and other legal documents with the Circuit Courts, Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, Federal Circuit and Appellate Courts and the United States Supreme Court. My most prolific experience involves becoming a part of the penal system where I have spent over 22 years working with the aforementioned court systems, reading, researching and constructing the necessary briefs, motions, and petitions to put forth other prisoners, and my own, litigation. All briefs written in accordance with Blue Book standards, and court rules.

I truly enjoy finding the underlying issues within a case file and discovering ways to help people who need it. Does not matter the case, if criminal the question is were they duly convicted in compliance with our constitutions, court rules and statutes. In civil, what was the cause of the violation. I have gotten more than 200 clients back into the judiciary system and gotten many civil suites to trial. I have worked with two different law firms in the past 22 years, as indicated below. The first as a standard legal writer (paralegal) and with the second, doing post-conviction research and writing synopses of potential claims in transcript reviews for their clients. I believe the experiences, along with my vivid imagination, working over 5,000 different civil and criminal cases, and my unique perspective from decades of being around the mind of the criminals has helped me to excel beyond the expectations placed before me. I am a person who likes to learn about the law and its changing directions. I have an exceptional mind in finding, researching, and writing issues to present within a memorandum of law or brief. I have sample motions, briefs and petitions for your review to judge the quality of my work.
