Objectives:
My major goal is to provide pharmaceutical care for all patients by working with providers, nursing and pharmacy staff as one team. This will help to prevent dosage or product errors; help the patient better understand their medications or treatment with descriptive consultation or training; and better handle inventory for the pharmacy, while decreasing overall costs and non-compliance, misuse, or misunderstanding of the current diagnosis.
I have managerial experience, knowledge, and the desire to continue to grow daily. I enjoy teaching others; both employees and patients / family members as needed.
I am an organized, independent worker and can keep on track of duties, policies, and procedures without consistent reminders or guidance. I can problem solve and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.
I enjoy working with others to provide a calm, precise, and professions atmosphere, where open communication between upper management, providers, pharmacy staff, and patients are warranted and welcomed.
