The Cooperative Agricultural Support Services (CASS) is a Joint Powers Authority that provides efficient and cost effective support for activities carried out by the California Department of Food and Agriculture and county agricultural commissioners. The LGMA and CCAB operates with oversight from the California Department of Food and Agriculture.
