Over 25 years of consistent sales and market growth, above plan, selling and managing in the medical, dental and electronics field. Career has expanded from a Territory Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Managing Director, and Officer and Director of an entire Dental division of four publicly traded companies. Salesman of the year out of 300 Sales representatives, consecutive years, setting national sales records in both years. Taught and lectured at Dental and Medical schools across the United States. A fixture on the lecture circuit with various dental/medical companies throughout the country. Trained in excess of 200 sales representatives and managers. My skills were enlisted to help design, market, and sell, the first electric surgical delivery systems used in dental implant surgery. This directly changed the world market for implant motors from a air driven power to electric driven power, in less than three years; a paradigm shift which is still in place today.

Tasked with starting the Oral and Restorative division for a publicly traded biomedical company, built the infrastructure from inception.

The Oral and Restorative division, in 1991, set industry records for sales growth for a first year Dental Implant company. As noted in Barron's (April 1, 1991) as one of the reasons LifeCore Biomedical stock had the third highest percentage gain on the NASDAQ exchange, for second quarter, 1991. Developed the dental division for bone paste sales, in 1999, developing the marketing plan for Oral and Max paste applications. The division grew at over 127% from 2000-2004. Helped launch Astra Tech US implant division 1992. Helped launch the US Camlog division of Henry Schein Dental and was over 60% off all Camlog sales in 2005-2006. Credited with keeping the implant from being discontinued in the US with over 3.5 million in sales in the first two years.

Launched InnoBiosurg in the US, in 2015. Designed and built out the exterior, and interior, of our National US headquarters, including surgical suites, and training suites, for surgical training. Hired all key personnel including COO, CFO, Medical Director, Marketing Director, all sales reps, Education manager, Customer Service Managers, and dental lab manager. Company designed, manufactured, and sold dental implants and Biologics, to Oral Surgeons, Periodontists, General practitioners, dental laboratories, Endodontist’s, nurses, and dental hygienists. Hired all surgical speakers, clinical advisory staff, and nurse practitioners that spoke around the world. Lectured to the Dental and Medical communities in Asia, Europe, Canada, and the U.S. Designed all clinical education seminars. InnoBioSurg was owned by American and Korean entities. Served on the Board of Directors. Sales were produced from direct sales from our sales team, customer service team, and through our education, and surgical training seminars, across the United States. Personally designed all marketing material, helped design surgical manuals, trained all sales personnel, publicly spoke with our surgical clinicians, at hands on surgical courses, across the US, and was a main podium speaker at National meetings.
