I played the role of QA Tester using Manual and Automated test tools. EXPECT/SDK was used to automated thousands of test cases as well as preexisting one’s. I ran Regression tests on the communication App. Developed on the EXPECT/SDK platforms also I preformed a multitude of SMOKE TEST procedures. I developed thousands of what we call VOICE MAIL SCRIPTS (Automated test cases) and I recreated a lot of them in a very accurate maximum performance. Basically COMVERSE NETWORKS facilitate and maintains a lot of software and OS systems used by major companies like VERIZON, AT&T, BELL SOUTH and much more. I spend 18 months contract project, it was extended another 6 months then again I was given a new 1 year project on the VOICE OVER IP.

It was Executing Test Cases and with senior QA Lead with did some changes to the preexisting Test Plans. It was very close to a V MODEL or SDLC/STLC. On some instances I had to call up ADHOC test measures to get some functionality tested in unorthodox way.
