PROJECT COORDINATING & SUPERVISING

Contract management and setting up of supply maintenance and office machine contracts.

Process charity donations, scheduling attorney's calendars for events and organize events.

Establish and maintain affiliations with vendors.

Coordinate yearly file destruction review and computer input of updated information.

Interview potential employees and train when hired.

Insure all office equipment functionality and performance.

Assistant Administrator, Marketing department and vendors on personalized items for company.

Update and reorder personalized marketing items when needed.

updating customer information etc.

HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES

Process applications, make picture ID badges, schedule hours for aides, set up physicals.

Go through orientation process with new hires, benefits, and cobra when terminated.

Monitor regulation rules, track immunization shots and licenses on nurses and staff.

Check files of staff to make sure all paperwork is processed correctly.

Update annual reviews for processing, set up interviews for possible new hires.

Type letters, go through correspondence and process 401k and saving programs for staff.

Organize monthly event calendar with upcoming training classes, birthdays and events.

Audit Company contracts for accuracy, compliance and employee background checks

TELLAMARKETING CALLS

Cold calling new/ potential clients, setting up appointments for insurance brokers for sells

Updated client information, searching new areas for prospects, responding to calls regarding policies

Renewing existing policies and suggesting additional lines of coverage that are provided
