• Promoted to Superintendent of Flight Operations and Delivery for all model Citations.

•Within two years promoted to Director of Flight Operations for Citation X, Citation VII and Citation Excel/XLS. Excel set a record for the most on time deliveries to the customer. 89 on time deliveries in one year. First citation to deliver to the customer with zero defects.

Received highest pay for performance bonus in my peer group last 10 years at Cessna.

Black Belt projects;

Wire routing and chafe issues eliminated Citation Excel, replicated by other black belts from my findings on this aircraft. Also included over five pounds overall aircraft weight.

Introduced a new kind of material for covering wire bindles It has a special tool that improved productivity by zipping the wire bundles together, the sleeve is not cut and the requirement to take the pins out of the connectors to slide on the sleeve eliminated.

Largest cost reduction 16 flow days eliminated from out the door to delivery by creating standard work for flight personnel, flight crews and delivery.

While in a management operations position, never missed a sales quarter. Still hold the record for 1 billion in sales at Cessna Aircraft in 1 year.
