Guerbet (Formerly Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals) – Raleigh, NC

A global leader in Medical Imaging. Managed all HR functions for a fast-paced manufacturing site of over 373 fulltime and temporary employees with a COP of $215 million.

Managed a HR/Training Departments with a budget of $1.2 million and led a staff of 3 Direct and 4 Indirect employees.

Maintained company compliance with local, state, and federal laws, in addition to established organizational standards.
