I had to deal with a lot of guests at dodges. Which includes money center, complaints, refunds, and running a register. I was one of the best workers there. All mangers love me cause I also was very dependable and always picked up extra shifts when we short staffed. Dodges can be a very stressful job to work. You have to work at fast paste and have great customer service skills. Patience was a plus because we get very upset customers almost everyday. A lot of times we couldn't fix the issue but we tried our best to point them in the right direction so they will leave a happy guest and would come back. I did most of the stocking and paperwork.
