Manage the day to day operation of a 166 unit mixed community that consists of Tax Credit, Bond and Market Rate units.

Dec 2010 – Present, Community Manager, Runnymede Gardens Apartments, East Palo Alto, CA

Manage the day to day operation of a 78 unit Senior Apartment complex consisting of HUD, Section 8, TAX CREDIT and CALFHA funding programs. May 2005 to July 2010. Community Manager, Western National Group, The Summit at Hilltop, Richmond, CA

Directs and coordinates activities of on-site staff by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Responsible for all phases of the operation of a property including, but not limited to, residence life, leasing, general administration, maintenance, housekeeping, food service and telecommunications.
