Lowered debt by 32% ytd using an algorithm I created in excel I revealed that several city factors (new/demolished housing, bus routes, holiday seasons) had an influx in the debt to customer ratio. After finding this information I completed a business projection, modeled it to the district manager, implemented it and continue updating the algorithm weekly.

Noticed a high turnover rate at one point in time and, through studying the new hires over the course of 6 months, came to find that this particular field lacked a personalization of training, thus leaving employees “drowning” in modules that no one could help them with.
