- Execute ad hoc projects with great precision and efficiency (i.e., coordinate frozen turkey distribution to corporate employees (175); and mass mailing of holiday cards (6500), cookie trays (450) and holiday gifts (550); authorize wire funds transfers; secure currency for international travel; coordinate renewal of TSA credentialing, passports, driver’s licenses, etc.

- Coordinate all logistics (ground transportation, travel, hotel, event seating) for 150 VIPs +1 attending annual OTG Summit off-site

- Maintain pristine, efficient work environment of CEO office at corporate and private residences i.e., coordinate daily lunch, handle maintenance issues, equipment upgrades

- Disburse $360,000+/year in charitable funds on behalf of OTG Charities sponsorships

- Supervise Office Manager/Receptionist, Chauffeur/Security, NYC Penthouse & E. Hampton Housekeepers, Private Chef, Dog Walkers, Dog Sitters, Equinox Personal Trainers; coordinate temporary coverage as needed
