Abstract
Nowadays most organization face with a kind of problems. Business intelligence (BI) systems provide the ability to analyses business. Information in order to support and improve management decision making across a broad range of business activities. In this research, Dependent variables are readiness of organization for establishment business intelligence solution, maturity of business intelligence, acceptance level of establishment business intelligence. The aim of research is investigating some variables related to using business intelligence in insurance companies and the effect of each variable on insurance performance. After determination and confirmation of the indexes that related with independent an dependent variables by experts, prepared questionnaire was distributed in the statistical sample. With statistical analysis with spss and lisrel software remained using business intelligence have positive effect on business process performance, information quality and finally insurance performance. The conclusion of the project was providing a with Structural equation modeling more efficiency for improving insurance industry.

Design a Hybrid Recommender System Based on implicit social trust and sentiment analysis by using deep learning and machine learning approaches
(1)- Crawl information in hotels posts (By using web driver-selenium)
(2)- Measuring the implicit social trust between friends (users) in Instagram based on three main factors:
A: Construct User-Like Network
B: Construct User-Comment Network
C: Construct Follower-Following Network D: Join Network
(3)- Inferring the sentiment rating from reviews and classification result by using 3-WayCNN. We use a new CNN method for sentiment analysis. In this theory, The results with weak confidence are divided into boundary region. Afterwards, we use another classification model to reclassify the results in boundary region.
(4)- Identifying the degree of trust level between users in networks and sentiment rating from online textual reviews on recommendations by linear regression.
