Covered Lee and Itawamba Co. providing clients with eligibility determination of services for

the Independent Living, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury Medicaid Waiver Program.

Providing the necessary support to clients in home environments this included case

management, personal care attendants, home modifications, durable medical equipment, and

vehicle modifications.
