PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Associate Litigation Attorney, Kajy Law, PLLC from March 2021 through September 2022. My roles was essentially taking deposition, research/writing, and trial prep and trying cases. I worked both from office and from home during this period.

Associate Attorney, AT Law, from July 2020 through March 2021. I defended numerous no fault matters in varying postures. I made numerous court appearances dealing with a variety of matters across our firm.

Partner, Kitch, Drutchas, Sherbrook, Valitutti, from July 2015 through July 2020. I defended litigated no-fault and worker’s compensation matters with great success. I tried both WC cases at the agency, as well as no-fault cases in a number of venues cases during this period.

Associate Attorney, Wigod & Falzon, PC from December 2013 through July 2015. As a litigation attorney I managed a team handling plaintiff’s side no-fault matters with great success.

Senior Attorney, Kopka, Dolin, Pinkus & Eads, PLLC from July 2012 through December 2013. As a litigation attorney I handled a variety of matters including no-fault, premises liability, insurance coverage and workers compensation matters for insurance companies and their insureds.

Pool Claims Coordinator, American Risk Pooling Consultants, Inc., in Southfield, Michigan from January 2001 to February 2004. I provided legal and litigation management services. I managed claims in all postures for municipal (public entity) self-insurance pools in South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Iowa and Illinois. My average case load was in excess of 200 litigated claims. I prepared detailed and informative reports for the pools’ boards of directors and reinsurance boards.
